actually if one reads the work of malidoma some and sobonfu some, one sees that in fact not all african tribes view gay people as inferior. one can google 'malidoma gay interview' and find his thoughts on it. he is from africa. sobonfu's book 'the spirit of intimacy' has the final chapter on gay people and their social roles and spiritual roles.

additionally one doesn't have to look far to see that it is in fact not against nature. so memes or no memes it is of course inaccurate on both her main arguments. of course their is bigotry there and they may have their own issues with modern africa being where it is, but has not been always that way, nor at its core is that how all feel who are from africa.
