This is amazing! I've worked with mentally handicapped patients for over 30 years and this article brings to mind a piece of advice that I received from one of them during one special moment. During a time of dealing with my "secret identity" and high anxiety, I was just absolutely frustrated and scared, I looked at a client who normally "wasn't with the rest of us" and asked, '(name withheld), what am I going to do?!'. He looked at me in the most fucussed manner I had ever seen him and he replied, 'Sit down, have a tea, and think about it.'. I did. It worked. That moment of quiet allowed me to reframe issues, put things into perspective and successfully go on in a calm happiness.

Sometimes that is just what we need, a little simplicity in our lives.... Sit back, relax, and have a cup of tea.
