Q: I've been following the Bridge of Light project with interest. I wanted to ask you about the principle of diversity -- i.e., the ways in which we, as a queer people, celebrate the ways that we are different from the dominant culture, as well as each other, in terms of our multiple and pluralistic gifts. Is that incorporated in one of the six principles? That is an idea that is critical to me as well as to many queer people of Asian descent around the world. I'd love to hear more about your reflections about this.
