How to Relieve Stress

I'm a firm believer that forgiveness is for the advantage of the person forgiving, rather than the person who created the offense in the first place.

It's like, if you forgive someone, then that offensive thing they did to upset you, no longer has any power over your mood or your attitude.

You will feel much calmer and less stressed about that event in your past if you can forgive.
