What I pray for is quite simple: allow the parts you love - that make you happy, that give you life - to consume you… to envelop the entirety of your life in Love.
Thank you for the years of life and so much life in years; the knowing, reveling and remembering of the time I’ve had in this body, on this earth, is a gift not lost on me. The greatest gift is the great link of our Being…here….together…incapable of truly separating…bound…bonded. My greatest gift I can give, here and now, is the faith that we may reveal to each other the deepest joys and most incomprehensible adorations. I pray that the adoration you have for that special person in your life extends to all, and propels you into the direction of perfection unfolding.
I pray that the joy at your center is so indestructible that even illness, death, loss and separation can’t pull you from bliss, but that these challenges simply turn the kindle over the fire, finding once more the rugged bark to transmute into an energy so warm, just the same way we launched ourselves from primal things to human-beings; thinking, acting, embracing-beings, wildly imaginative, healing, communing-beings, beings on whom the stars shone. Beings who turned back to the night sky bright-eyed knowing so little and yet all things, because we are anything-is-possible-beings.
I pray that you sit inside the part of you that you love beyond measure, your favorite part of you, the part that everyone sees, the part that shines first and last, even in your broken hours. And in knowing that this bright spot is of you, you are able to let it simmer up and shine unto the rest of your being–healing, mending…revealing.
What I pray for is quite simple: use the parts you love, that make you happy, that give you life, to consume you…to envelop the entirety of your life in Love. My prayer today is that you reveal your shadows not so that you can be courageous, but free. Because you among all things, are an honored-being. And it’s the consciousness of your experiences, that make you a worthy-being, not a shame-thing. And it’s the idea that we not only forget to turn on the light, but that the light is of us, that makes you not a lowly-thing but a celestial-being, sewn together by threads of Universal-knowing, atom-rearranging, galaxy-peering Love.
And may these words usher you to the truth of who you are, if but for this one moment, on this day I was born into the scope of you and your experiences. And these words leave you with the sense that you can’t help but expand into the full sphere of your being. And all is right. And you are whole. And life is breathtaking. And so it is. Amen.
